VP of Business Operations

The Vice President, Business Operations, is responsible for managing all operational aspects of Lo & Sons. He/she provides the leadership, management, and vision necessary to ensure financial strength and operational efficiency in order to strategically manage and grow the business. This position is a member of Lo & Sons’ Senior Management team; as such, he/she is expected to participate in establishment of company goals and strategies as well as strongly represent Lo & Sons’ core values.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily and meet the physical and work environment demands of the position. The noise level in the work environment is usually low to medium. Travel is required for this position.
